In my work I help other helping professionals discover resilience, compassion, and the energy to do the ongoing work of helping others. I work with individuals, families, and communities to discover success, even where success might the last thing expected.

I was struggling like you are today but I can help

I work with people online and worldwide and I work with people in the Beaverton and Portland area. I provide coaching, training, mentoring, and skill-focused empowerment.

I coach other professionals so that they can do their best work with others, develop expert-level skills, and address their own issues in a safe and professional way.

I provide online training classes, that you can share with clients who need the skills to escape the lingering effects of bullying, abuse, or trauma.

I write books and resources to teach the practical skills of living a meaningful and important life.
